Bingopus Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Bingopus ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the Bingopus website located at https://bingopus.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the Bingopus Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of Bingopus or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Bingopus Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Bingopus reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts pending verification.

To access the full features of the Bingopus Platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Bingopus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify Bingopus immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security by contacting our support team.
• KYC verification: Bingopus operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

Bingopus reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the Bingopus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: Bingopus accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Bingopus reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Bingopus targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform, but does not guarantee specific processing times due to factors outside its control, including payment provider processing schedules.

Bingopus does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

Bingopus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Bingopus reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Bingopus reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Bingopus reserves the right to cancel all bonuses, void associated winnings, and close the accounts of any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

All games available on the Bingopus Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that game outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by any external factor, including player history or account status.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on independent verification by the relevant game providers. Bingopus does not modify RTP settings beyond those established by the game provider.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on Bingopus servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. Bingopus is not liable for losses arising from display errors, connectivity issues, or device malfunctions on the player's end.

Bingopus reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bingopus Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to Bingopus immediately; failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Bingopus staff or other players.

Bingopus is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session loss limits, time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will prevent access to the Platform for the duration specified.

Bingopus reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, without prior notice to the player.

All content on the Bingopus Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of Bingopus or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Bingopus.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Use the Bingopus name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws, exposing you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bingopus, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by software malfunctions beyond Bingopus's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

Bingopus's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Bingopus account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bingopus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Bingopus implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Bingopus cannot guarantee absolute data security.

Bingopus will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform's services.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
